Yes, absolutely. All metal components used in our collections are nickel-free and comply with European safety standards to ensure comfort even for the most sensitive skin.

Care & Maintenance

Leather is a natural, living material. To preserve its beauty, we recommend avoiding direct contact with water, perfumes, creams, or chemical products. If the jewelry gets damp, pat it dry with a soft cloth and let it air dry away from heat sources.

For ordinary cleaning, a dry microfibre cloth or a soft clothes brush is sufficient.

Craftsmanship & Uniqueness

Every Kina piece is entirely handmade. Slight variations in the leather's grain or color are not defects but the hallmark of authentic craftsmanship, making each creation truly unique.

We believe in the value of exclusivity. While many models are produced in limited series or as one-of-a-kind pieces, we welcome custom requests. Please contact us to discuss the feasibility of your bespoke project.

Sustainability & Production

Our philosophy is based on mindful, "slow" production. We produce only what is necessary, reducing waste and honoring the artisan's time. We partner with local suppliers to minimize environmental impact and ensure respect for the raw material.

Shipping

Each order is generally processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a tracking code as soon as your package leaves our workshop. We entrust our creations exclusively to logistics partners that ensure the highest standards of security, speed, and traceability.

Returns

Certainly. Your satisfaction is our priority. You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to request a return. The jewelry must be returned in its original condition, unworn, and in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or does not match your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Kina cannot be held responsible for items lost during return transit.

Once we have received and inspected the condition of the jewelry, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days using the original payment method.
